YOUTH ATHLETE TRAINING
*SPRING CAMP: May 5 - June 27* (UNDERWAY)
Testing/Intake # 1: April 28 - May 2 (DONE)
Testing/Intake # 2: June 30 - July 4
Exit Testing for Spring Only.
Intake Testing for Summer Only.
*SUMMER CAMP: July 7 - August 29*
Testing (Exit) # 3: September 1 - 5

Strength, Power & Speed Development
8 Week Camp: July 7 - August 29
3 workouts per week, up to 24 training sessions.
Training Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Availability for Afternoon (1:30 or 2:30 pm) or Evening (6:30 or 7:30 pm) training time slots.
Training programs will be split by each age: U13, U15, U17.
All summer camp athletes can select from daytime or evening training time slots.
Female only program TBD (pending registration counts).

Tiago
Wrapping up his Masters in Physiotherapy, Tiago is known for his deep understanding of performance mechanics and helping athletes reach their next level. As a former U-Sports athlete, 2-time Provincial Basketball team member, and all around athlete he understands what it takes to perform at a high level.
Trey
With a degree in Human Nutrition Sciences, Trey's knowledge extends well beyond the weight room. His time as an athlete brought out a true appreciation for the competitive aspect of sports along with the feeling that comes with being a part of a team. Optimizing performance and recovery through smart training and the right nutrition strategies is what drives Trey to help the next generation of athletes.
Chris
A life long athlete in baseball and hockey, Chris has a quick ability to build relationships with young athletes. Having played Junior Hockey along with many years of experience in the gym, Chris has built and delivered many successful team training programs including leading the performance training for the 2024 MJHL Champion Winkler Flyers.
